Purpose: 
To create holistic wellness resulting in healthy weight loss, increased energy, renewed vitality, and a powerful integration of the mind, body, and spirit.
This will be achieved by addressing the 3 areas of health and wellness that we can change: what we put into our body, how we move our body, and how we think: thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and attitudes.  We will be addressing and
transforming all 3 of these domains, resulting in holistic wellness and integration that can be sustainable and manageable for life.
 This program is about healthy choices, consistency, and feeding the body with whole foods, love, empowerment, and vision… not about deprivation, starvation, or crash results that won’t last.  The body wants to be in a state of homeostasis, of harmony and balance.  When this occurs, it will release and surrender the toxicity and unnecessary pounds, and will function at an optimal level.  When the individual is healthy, other areas of life become healthy, including relationships, family, career, community, spirituality, and environment…and dreams can manifest with vibrancy, freedom, and passion!   Whether your dream is to be adventurous with your children, to travel the world, to create and run a successful business, complete a marathon, hike a mountain, transform your community, or simply to live and love deeply through all of your relationships….your dreams begin with you.  Now is the time to commit and invest 100% in yourself….in your health, wellness, and possibility…so that you can fully experience, create, and celebrate what matters most…your dreams!     

How: 
Through individual weekly coaching sessions, group sessions, massage and bodywork, nutritional support and education, accountability of daily practices, exercise and movement, before and after testing and measurements, and ongoing support and encouragement.    Individual weekly coaching calls as well as massage/bodywork sessions will be scheduled at your convenience, a group conference call will be facilitated weekly, and daily accountability will be managed online.  Monthly educational workshops on holistic wellness, nutrition, exercise physiology, meditation, and the mind-body connection will also be provided.
 

Who: 
Candidates eligible for this program will be women with a solid commitment to transform their personal health:  body, mind, and spirit by addressing and changing what they put into their bodies, how they move their bodies, and how they think: thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs.  Serious commitment, determination, and willingness is required.
 

Cost:
