Andy McDonald is a student of nature, yoga, and meditation and likes to bring influences from all of these elements into his yoga classes.  He appreciates the stillness and peace inherent in all things.  Through his calming and grounding energy, Andy creates a safe space that allows students to draw out what is present within, giving each student the opportunity to explore what they are experiencing in the moment so they can receive the deepest truth of their experience and become more aware of their own inner guidance.   Through mindful movement and breath awareness, Andy helps students integrate their mind, body, and spirit while achieving a deep state of relaxation, calmness, and peace.  Whether a new yogi or an experienced practitioner, Andy's teaching style allows the student to learn something new about their yoga practice and about themselves, while unfolding the journey of life.  Please visit www.thenatureofstillness.com for more information.
